About the Role
12-month Fixed Term contract with potential opportunity for extension
Woodside is looking for a Communications and Reporting Adviser to join our Social Performance team in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a communications specialist to strengthen their expertise in social performance and build experience across a global portfolio.
Working closely with Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, project teams and external specialists, you will help ensure the value of our social and economic impacts are identified, verified and communicated in line with company standards and international good practice.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting our Social Performance frameworks, standards, assurance activities and quarterly reporting, including Reconciliation Action Plan and Business for Societal Impact reporting
- Helping communicate on our Global Social Investment Strategy, including case-studies and reporting on our partnerships
- Coordinating impact measurement, data collection and portfolio-level insights on social and economic outcomes
- Supporting employee volunteering, workplace giving and social investment events, including social media
- Coordinating Social Performance Community of Practice and internal reporting
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Corporate Affairs, Social Performance, Community Relations or Social Investment
- A track record delivering impact reporting and outcomes communications
- Excellent written communication skills across executive briefings, reports and stakeholder materials
- Understanding of social performance, sustainability reporting and community investment frameworks
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, internally and externally
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in a complex, multinational or resources-sector environment
- Experience with programs, partnerships, governance processes and reporting requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience
