About the Role:

Provides technical assistance to the Technical Wells, Regional Teams, and Project Teams. Cooperates actively across disciplines and functions to share knowledge and achieve objectives. Manages, handles, and works with GWS data and data systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Familiar with and able to work with a wide array of GWS data, digital, reporting software and systems.
  • Responsible for performance tracking of operated wells and non-operated wells as required.
  • Generates daily and weekly reports for the leadership team as required.
  • Gathers benchmarking data and scout ticket information for engineers to use in well planning.
  • Constructs presentations to illustrate GWS performance against industry peers.
  • Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the GWS drilling reporting software and system.
  • Extracts data from the drilling report system as necessary for engineers to use in well planning.
  • QC of daily drilling and completion reports.
  • Archives Woodside GWS well data to the appropriate site / location.
  • Updates and maintains the relevant hubs & SharePoint sites.
  • Generates and distributes weekly action tracker reports.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Reviews daily activity reports to ensure accuracy and appropriate level of detail.

  • Ensures that all reporting and data management is performed in accordance with Woodside Policies and Procedures.

  • Drives own technical and professional development.
  • Supports new members of the team.

Skills & Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Drilling, completion, and intervention technical courses.
  • Developing leadership skills.

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years in the oil & gas industry
  • 1+ years or drilling/ completion operations  

 

Duration of Assignment: Fix Term 12 Months 

 

Proficiency in English is required
