As the Identity Access Management Product Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the development of the identity access management strategy and architectures, managing end-to-end delivery of identity access management projects and identifying and implementing continuous improvements and automations.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Identity Access Management Service Line Lead, this role is essential to ensure the adoption, performance, and hygiene of the identity access management solution meets or exceeds our organisational requirements, and the cyber security platform management procedure is maintained.

 

Other duties and responsibilities include:

  • Promote usage of the Identity and access management platform and its benefits to the organisation
  • Promote understanding and visibility of our IAM capabilities map, solution designs, and integration standards for all IAM activities aimed at enabling self service, re-use and complexity reduction for the organisation
  • Provide business context and assist with the development of platform and architecture strategy for Identity and Access Management
  • Assist the Integration of IAM systems with in-house applications, third party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to identify opportunities for synergies and added business value
  • Identify and action key IAM risks in ICT Infrastructure

Skills & Experience:

 

The preferred candidate will have a variety of the following: 

  • 3+ years of experience in operational administration of Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Agile certification or Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience with the delivery of single sign on (SAML and WS-Federation) solutions along with experience of Rest web services, SSO/Federation architectures and other authentication/authorisation protocols.
  • Experience with AD, SSO and IAM authentication techniques & technologies such as biometrics, adaptive & continuous authentication.
  • Experience working on IAM products such as Saviynt, Microsoft AzureAD, Okta, Ping or Sailpoint
  • Experience working in or delivery agile projects / pipelines of work
