About the Role
The HRBP Lead will align HR services and capabilities with the region's business aspirations and strategy.
This is a full-time role located in Houston.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities/ decision autonomy/ impact of outcomes
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to team of HR Business Partners in the region.
- Own the end-to-end people agenda for the International Business
- Support the delivery of strategic HR services and capabilities, understanding the business unit goals and provide HR solutions to fulfil them.
- Integrate HR capabilities in the region, fostering the connection between HRBPs with CoEs and the HR Operations Team to - understand business context.
- Support the business in navigating organisational changes and contribute to implementing major HR projects in the region.
- Support driving integrated talent management, Culture & inclusion outcomes, strategic workforce planning and leadership development within the region.
- Combine long-term planning with delivery accountability.
- Owns group-level talent management & succession planning for critical enterprise roles.
- Oversees complex ER cases, ensures compliance and reporting and provides coaching on ER to team
- Influences enterprise HR policy and frameworks. Provides guidance on complex queries and coaching to team.
- Collaborate with functional colleagues including HR Operations and the Centres of Excellence to ensure regional and global alignment of key practices and local effectiveness.

Skills and Experience
Experiences for the role:
- +10 years of experience in HR, focusing on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
- Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing relevant and strategic HR support.
- Track record of leading effective and efficient teams to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for their customers
- Experience with supporting multiple locations/jurisdictions
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Skilled in international communication and able to build and sustain effective working relationships with international colleagues and stakeholders.
Skills, Accreditations and Qualifications:
Required: BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of related HR experience or equivalent
