About the Role:

The Aviation & Travel Systems & Process Lead’s main responsibility is to maintain and assure Aviation and Travel (A&T) systems and processes to enable the end users and customers. You will develop and maintain the A&T technology plan and continually optimise processes, applications and systems. You will drive the adoption of innovation, technology and new ways of working that enable improved business outcomes

If you are successful, Woodside will offer a 2 year Fixed Term contract

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of internal and external offshore and onshore Aviation & Travel systems to ensure operational delivery in line with expectations
    • Initiating product and product-specific service improvements
    • Performing market analysis, defining specifications for new products and product-specific services
    • Create and implement internal launch concepts
    • Support and Training of the products and services
  • Contract management of third party products and systems
  • Provide governance over budget and investment
  • Work with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and have the ability to manage and drive solutions that are best for business.
  • Support and develop processes, tools and training as required to ensure internal and external capability is developed and maintained.


Current systems used include Collabro Vantage POB, Bright Enable Deploy, Amadeus cytric, Woodchip (Woodside internal), GDS, SAP, Microsoft SharePoint

Skills & Experience:

You will have a strong background in Product Management to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business systems and processes. You have the ability to look externally to translate best practices into the Woodside operating environment. You will be willing to adopt and pilot new technologies and approaches, and challenge the status quo.


Your experience in the application of continuous improvement methods and tools will support you in your day to day role. Having a solid background in aviation, travel or workforce management systems and the ability to develop and maintain constructive multi discipline and cross functional working relationships will be essential.
