About the Role:

The Aviation Coordinator is responsible for service delivery, continual improvement and business advice on Aviation & Travel Operations, in accordance with Woodside’s Aviation & Travel Standard and best industry practices.

This position is based in our fantastic Perth office Mia Yellagonga. It is a 2-year fixed term woodside position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Deliver end-to-end aviation and travel services for Woodside within allocated portfolio
•    Close liaison with internal and external customers to support and manage their travel requirements
•    Monitoring of aircraft utilisation in line with Woodside KPI’s and manage operational performance
•    Input to the development of the Woodside Travel systems.
•    Support planning activities out to a 2 year planning horizon.
•    Manage Base and Rig Start Ups including training of key operational Aviation personnel.
•    Responsible for ensuring traveller compliance with the Aviation & Travel Standards and Guidelines.
•    Responsible for developing and maintaining Travel and Aviation Operations Processes and Procedures
•    Provide emergency response support on a rostered basis as part of the Aviation Duty Manager system 

Skills & Experience:

What we expect from you:
Initiative, planning, process leadership and advanced communications skills are essential

•    Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Aviation Operations, Service Delivery or Commercial role in the Aviation, Travel or Oil and Gas Industries
•    Exceptional organisational skills
•    Able to deliver to defined outcomes with minimal supervision while upholding our Corporate Values and behaviours
•    Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management
•    Good problem-solving skills including an ability to manage personal experience and group dynamics to deliver best outcomes

PLEASE NOTE: In line with the State Government’s Health Directive - Resource Industry Workers (Restrictions on Access) Directions - this position will require you to have had your first COVID19 vaccination by 1st December 2021, and be fully vaccinated against COVID19 by 1st January 2022 (unless you have a valid exemption under the Directive).
