About the Role

 

We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Sourcer & Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will support a streamlined and seamless recruitment experience by assisting with sourcing, coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate communications and ensuring recruitment systems and processes are kept up to date.

 

You will play an important role in supporting Woodside’s employment brand and future-employee engagement, while working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment process.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to candidate enquiries and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process, escalating queries where required.
  • Support campaign planning, including communications, scheduling, stakeholder lists and candidate correspondence.
  • Assist with sourcing activities by setting up job brief meetings, posting advertisements to job boards and supporting internal expressions of interest.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, requisitions and candidate records in SuccessFactors and relevant recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate interviews, including calendar management, room bookings, materials, interview guides and candidate communications.
  • Support assessment centre logistics, including travel, accommodation schedules and campaign coordination where required.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities, including medicals, psychometric assessments, background checks and candidate follow-up.
  • Support offer and onboarding processes, including offer approvals, paperwork tracking, onboarding administration and system progression.
  • Provide recruitment reporting, team metrics and general administrative support across Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, materials ordering and induction day planning as required.

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • Two to five years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition or a related HR coordination role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, ideally including SuccessFactors.
  • Strong sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search and online talent research.
  • Ability to build and maintain targeted talent pipelines aligned to business hiring priorities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and candidate care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, data management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, interview coordination, due diligence and onboarding activities.
  • Sound understanding of privacy, compliance and accurate document handling requirements within a recruitment environment.
