About the Role:

As a Contract Performance Specialist, you would play a key role within our warehousing and logistics team. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the performance of all contractual obligations and commitments related to logistics, warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding companies as well as other vendors as needed.

 

This is a Perth based position however warehouse and vendor site visits are expected

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and report on our contractor performance, ensuring they're meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Establish key performance metrics for all contracts and conduct ongoing performance analysis.
  • Interface directly with warehousing, logistics, and transport providers to resolve performance issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Lead operation and performance review meetings with vendors.
  • Assess the risks associated with contractor performance and take necessary actions to mitigate.
  • Be the company representative for any day-to-day activities, inquiries; liaise with legal and C&P teams when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract delivery and optimize contractual performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in contract performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law or related field or similar work experience
  • Minimum of 2 experience in a similar role preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the logistics, warehousing, and transport operations.
  • Proven track record in managing contracts and vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse contract performance data and metrics.
