Skills & Experience:

  • Comfortable with technological change and the challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Ability to problem-solve and source solutions from internal and external resources.
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently liaise between teams, translate technical information into tangible outcomes, and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to work effectively with Perth-based and global teams.
  • A solid grasp of the bigger picture—how systems, governance, and data support broader business performance.
  • Confidence to work with autonomy in managing stakeholders, with the authority to directly solve issues and the instinct to escalate when appropriate.

Relevant Experience That Would Be Beneficial

  • Previous exposure to a broad range of C&P teams, including insights from the function as a technology or data consumer.
  • Aptitude for understanding data analytics and dashboarding, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
