About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced  HR Administrator to join our fantastic team, to help provide a full range of HR admin support activities to Woodside offices around the world. 

Based from our Perth offices, you will join our experienced and high performing Workforce Administration Team in providing support to the broader HR function, and the business as a whole.

 

This role is offered on an initial 2 year fixed-term contract basis. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:


On a day to day basis the team are involved in:

 

  • Liaising with HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees regarding transactional changes
  • Creating contracts of employment and other HR documentation
  • Entering contractual changes into Success Factors (our HRIS)
  • Interpreting and administer complex remuneration changes
  • Managing and responding to multiple employee’ queries via our case management system
  • Driving continuous improvement within own team, seeking opportunities to reduce manual processing.

 

Skills & Experience:


Previous use of an enterprise HRIS would be highly beneficial - SuccessFactors EC or SAP preferred, but other large ERP systems such as Oracle will be considered. 
The team also use a case management system for HR queries, so experience with that would be useful, but not essential. 

On a personal level we are looking for someone who is pro-active and experienced in managing a high volume workload. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with people across the business, and can have fun whilst delivering great business outcomes.
Attention to detail is a must, as this role will be responsible for processing a high volume of detailed HR transactions. Additionally, the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines is invaluable in managing work effectively.
