About the Role:
At Woodside our HR Tech is growing, both in complexity as well as geographical reach. To support this growth, we are looking to bring a HR Systems Support Specialist into the team.
Based from our Perth HQ offices, you'll join the HR Systems team, sitting within the broader HR function. As the HR Systems Support Specialist you will conduct technical support and maintenance of the organisation's HR systems and applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
On a day to day basis you will provide technical support for the HR function systems and applications, including:
- Resolution of break-fix items
- Implementation of system enhancements
- Perform system upgrades.
- Support of BAU HR Cyclical activities from a systems perspective.
- Liaise with vendors providing application support to HR systems
- Resolve HR systems-related issues and provide timely technical support to end-users
- Escalate systems issues with IT
- Monitor HR systems performance and identify and investigate potential issues
- Collaborate with IT and other HR members to maintain data integrity and security while implementing solutions to minimise downtime and ensure system reliability
- Develop comprehensive documentation of HR systems processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures as required
- Collaborate with HR Operations to support the triage of HR systems-related tickets and document resolutions and user feedback
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone to bring strong experience in HR systems administration, technical or application support. You will be able to demonstrate success in diagnostics and technical issue resolution within SuccessFactors and related platforms.
Strong systems knowledge of SuccessFactors is a must, and broader expertise in HR software applications is preferred, with a strong understanding of Human Resources Information System functionality.
Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, structures will help you understand some of the system issues and improvement opportunities, and you'll be well versed in system diagnostics and issues resolution. You'll have a predisposition for analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
On a personal level you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will interact with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
