About the Role:

 

As a valued member of the HR Operations Talent Acquisition and Employee Development team, this role will be primarily responsible for the operational delivery of Woodside Energy's award winning 'Navigator Leadership Program' across the APAC region. The Navigator Program delivery includes the delivery of immersions, apply courses, online courses, coaching, team sessions, special events and master classes.

 

Delivery of Navigator Leadership Program includes operationalising the rollout of the Licence to Lead program as well as managing some other employee development programs.

 

The role will also require management and oversight of other, smaller learning and development delivery scopes across the business.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Understanding all aspects of Leadership programs as well as other Culture and I&D learning and development opportunities in order to effectively advise and collaborate with HR / broader business on program learning outcomes and their suitability for certain teams, individuals or situations that require intervention / support
  • Monitoring the overall delivery of the Navigator Leadership Program against KPI’s, which includes weekly meetings, reporting, budgets, scheduling
  • Delivery of other team / employee development opportunities as required
  • Coordinating the marketing, promotion and uptake of employee participation in learning and development programs
  • Understanding the holistic employee development environment at Woodside and ensuring cohesive implementation of programs with impactful and positive employee experience front of mind
  • Reviewing employee experience regularly and identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with relative COE team members to plan for and implement new programs / changes to existing programs’ design whilst ensuring operational considerations are factored in
  • Reviewing and endorsing all invoices prior to submission for approval to ensure pricing in line with contract rates and delivery completed


In this role, collaboration and relationship building skills are essential to achieve the best outcomes. You will work closely with:

  • Navigator Delivery partner team (AGSM)
  • Culture, Inclusion and Leadership (CIL) and Capability and Talent (C&T) CoE Teams
  • HR Business Partners and People & Culture Partners to support implementation of executive level coaching and team development opportunities
  • Houston counterpart (online) to ensure global consistency in learning opportunities, delivery model and communications

 

Skills & Experience:

 

We are seeking someone with a collaborative style and an ability to build and maintain high-trust, genuine and effective relationships with all stakeholders (both internal and external). There is a high level of coordination in the role, so you'll have strong attention to detail, and a methodical and planned approach to processes and deliverables.

You have a passion for partnering with stakeholders to ensure they get the best learning and development solution, which can (at times) require thinking outside of the box and being agile in order to enable effective uptake and outcomes.


Desired experiences:

  • Previous experience involved in the delivery of long-term learning and development programs will be highly valued.
  • Experience working closely with service providers to deliver against KPI’s.
  • Experience in developing internal communications.
  • A HR Business Partnerinbg background will be helpful for understanding business needs and how the various programs can support strategic people objectives.
