About the Role:

The North West Shelf Gas (NWSG) Logistics Coordinator plays a key interface role between logistics and maintenance, supporting streamlined material delivery to Woodside's offshore facilities. You will deliver safe, reliable and efficient materials management for NWSG and work closely with key stakeholders to support timely delivery of material to the facilities.

 

This role is based in Perth, Mia Yellagona with travel to offshore facilities to support Offshore Logistics Coordinators as required.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Demonstrate sound understanding of end-to-end processes, systems and risks & controls related to materials management.
•    Identify Inventory risks, recommend, and implement appropriate controls.
•    Review the SPT (Supply Process Tracker) on a daily basis to ensure materials are on track to meet Maintenance Order Requirement Dates.
•    Identify any inventory related gaps and feed this information through to the Inventory Management Team.
•    Raise any necessary RFT’s (Request for Transport). 
•    Work with PDC to ensure Inbound and Outbound requirements are being met.
•    Responsible for overseeing high standard of material workpacking and material picking at PDC.
•    Travel to offshore facilities and support Offshore Logistics Coordinators.

Skills & Experience:

•    Relevant experience in a role providing materials and logistics support to an operational business.
•    Proficient in S/4HANA in relevant materials management and warehousing processes.
•    Experience in managing freight (including dangerous goods) through air, land and sea networks.
•    Self-motivated, results driven with good problem-solving skills under pressure.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication.
•    Flexibility to respond to changing organisational requirements and manage multiple priorities.
•    Technical competencies as defined by the Logistics Technical Competency Framework.
