About the Role:

The position will oversee a range of logistics services contracts awarded by Woodside in support of the execution of the Trion Project, which could cover different services such as Aviation, Marine, International and Domestic Freight Services, Materials and Waste handling. The position will represent the company for tactical decisions and routine operations. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure Contracts and Suppliers deliver the required business objectives
  • Act as the local ambassador for Trion Logistics in Tampico and Matamoros
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement on HSSE and Value
  • Liaise with Trion Deliver Teams to ensure contracting activities are executed timely and efficiently
  • Coordination of alignment of contractor resource availability aligns with Trion logistics plans
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with local and Woodside ABC and EIR values
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a contract management plan.
  • Responsible for initiating, coordinating and timely completion of required variations for scope changes
  • Responsible for ensuring contracts perform assurance activities in line with the Logistic Assurance Plan
  • Responsible for ensuring the objectives of the logistics field inspection plans are met for each contract.
  • Responsible for setting up a regular communication structure to drive performance,
  • Responsible for resolving of outstanding Contract Nonconformities
  • Responsible for verification and sign off contractor submitted time and worksheets in preparation of invoicing.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and compliant submission of invoices by contractor, value of work done (VOWD)
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly contracting reporting requirements for example but not limited to data and kpi’s
  • Monitor and produce reports outlining the progress against the Contract Management Plan (Incl. annual deliverables, HSSE Plan items, Safety Critical Activities and Audit etc).
  • Analyse trends and provide input to to the Logistics Business Risk & Trend Management 
  • Provide input to the Monthly Logistics Reports, After Actions Revies

Skills & Experience:

  • 10 Year experience in Oil & Gas projects or Operations
  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams, Planner
  • Experience in Contract management (either Shorebase Aviation, Transport)
  • Skilled in risk management and assurance programs.
  • Experienced in driving a strong safety culture
  • Experience engaging and managing a broad stakeholder group.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experienced in Incident Investigation, using methodologies like Topset / Tripod etc.
  • English written and oral communication skills, business acumen
  • Ability to influence decisions and performance at operational and senior management levels.
  • Experience working in, or familiarity with the energy sector and related hazards.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
