About the Role:
The position will coordinate the provision of travel and travel related services of personnel to Woodside operated offshore drilling rigs and subsea vessels in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with agreed policy and procedures.
Indicative Job Level: 8-9
Duration of Assignment: Permanent
Mobility: Permanent employees must already be based in the location of the role

Duties & Responsibilities:
Based in the Company’s Tampico office or Matamoros Airport, the expectations of the role are:
• Coordinate travel plans to ensure Contracts and Suppliers deliver the required business objectives.
• Act as the local ambassador for Trion Logistics in Tampico and Matamoros.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement on HSSE and Value.
• Close liaison with Trion Delivery Teams and their contractors to coordinate / support their offshore travel requirements are executed timely and efficiently.
• Coordination of alignment of travel contractor resources availability aligns with Trion logistics plans.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with local and Woodside ABC and EIR values.
• Coordinate offshore personnel logistics via Woodside Travel Management Systems. Including accommodation, fixed wing and helicopter flights to offshore assets support the Trion project.
• Ensure timely submission of travel data and schedules to Woodside and Contractor focal points.
• Efficient management of interfaces between fixed wing and rotary wing contractors, travel management company and Woodside to facilitate effective provision of travel services.
• Support the Offshore DLC in the coordination of emergency and/or hurricane evacuations and remobilisations of offshore offshore assets as required.
• Participate regular meetings to ensure clear communication and to drive performance.
• Responsible for creating and managing traveller profiles in Woodside’s Travel Management Systems, eg Bright and VPOB.
• Daily maintenance of VANTAGE POB (Movement and Personnel System) or other appropriate system to ensure tracking of personnel offshore and provision of accurate ‘persons on board’ (POB) information for emergency response purposes and accurate cost allocation and contract payment data.
• Manage all emails relating to offshore travel ensuring timely response and efficient filing of travel details.
• Provide support to Aviation Operations Coordinators during Trion activity Start Ups (eg Drilling, Subsea & OD) in accordance with the Aviation and Travel procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly data for reporting requirements for example but not limited to data and kpi’s.
Skills & Experience:
Key Competencies and skills:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Travel or offshore travel within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Working knowledge of Company Policies, including H&S (e.g. Golden Safety Rules), Security and Environmental.
• Experience with Passenger Processing, preferred Vantage POB.
• Strong organisational skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to remain calm and resolve issues during time of high activity in a demanding and reactive environment.
• Able to make quick decisions in a reactive environment.
• Always behaves in a manner consistent with the behaviours agreed in the company values.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment but also autonomously when required.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting interests and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of the Woodside Aviation Operating Standard and Travel Operating Standard.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
