About the Role:
As Maintenance Coordinator within the FPSO & Macedon Planning Team, you will coordinate maintenance activities in one or more of the Maintenance Phases [Assess, Select, Develop, Pre-Execute, Execute & Close-Out]. The role prepares for maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintain Assets Procedure. This role reports to the FPSO Scope Owner.
This is a Perth based role, Mon-Fri.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible to own, apply and contribute to the safe operation of facility/asset using corporate and asset systems and processes.
• Provide appropriate support for the preparation, readiness and execution of activities with-in your team as well as support for other maintenance teams.
• Utilise the systems and processes that deliver efficient and cost-effective business outcomes (CMMS, Campaign Process, CI, Quality, Reliability etc.)
• Coordinate priorities that deliver the optimal outcome for the business.
• Compliance to team activity plan KPI's.
• Encourage and support diversity and inclusivity.
• Lead by example in all aspects of role.
• Responsible for performance by setting clear goals and expectations & managing accordingly.
Skills & Experience:
• High regard for HSEC culture and Values
• Knowledge level Process Safety competency
• Skilled level of competence in maintenance processes & SAP
• Skilled level of knowledge in maintenance/ project management processes (HSEQ, planning, costing, materials, risk, contracting & resourcing).
• Skilled level of knowledge in functionality and design of facility equipment, systems and processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with manager, peers and stakeholders.
• Preferred: Extensive experience on offshore assets
Qualifications
• Operations, Trade or Tertiary background in Operations or Engineering with relevant industry experience
