About the Role:

The position coordinates maintenance activities in one or more of the Maintenance Campaign Phases [Assess, Select, Develop, Pre-Execute, Execute & Close-Out] within one of our work streams of Turnaround, Campaign or Inspection.

The role prepares for and/ or executes maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintenance Campaign Process and leads a team of people in the preparation and/ or execution of maintenance activities.
 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading your team to own, apply and contribute to the safe operation of facility/ asset through the use of corporate and asset systems and processes (MoC, ISSoW, OSC, Perfect HSE Day, GSR's, FP6, Risk Matrix etc).
  • Responsible for self and team member compliance to LTO and Competence Training Requirements.
  • Provide appropriate support for the preparation, readiness and execution of activities with-in your team as well as support for other maintenance teams.
  • Utilise the systems and processes that deliver efficient and cost-effective business outcomes (CMMS, Campaign Process, CI, Quality, MRP, Reliability etc)
  • Coordinate team priorities that deliver the optimal outcome for the business.
  • Responsible for ensuring self and team member development plans are in-place and reviewed on a periodic basis for direct reports.
  • Responsible to ensure self and team member compliance to LTO and Competency Training Requirements for direct reports.
  • Encourage and support team diversity and inclusivity.
  • Responsible for team performance by setting clear expectations & manage team members accordingly.
  • Responsible for setting a positive team culture and the health and wellbeing of all team members.
     

Skills & Experience:

  • Skilled level of competence in maintenance processes & SAP CMMS.
  • Skilled level of knowledge in maintenance/ project management processes. (HSEQ, planning, costing, materials, risk, contracting & resourcing).
  • Skilled level of knowledge in functionality and design of facility equipment, systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong business acumen and agility to make good business decisions in a timely manner under trying conditions.
  • 5+ years' experience in comparable role.
