Quality Engineer - Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and technically strong individual with a capability in digital tools and data analytics to join our team. This role is critical to the management, governance, and enhancement, of core systems that support project execution, operations, and supply chain assurance activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve the use of quality tools and systems, including but not limited to:
- FTQ360 – Project and Operations field surveillance verification
- Supplier-iQ – (Internally developed) Supplier technical and quality management performance.
- Lessonflow – Capture, manage, and embed lessons learned
- Verification App – (internally developed) Risk control verification
- SAP QM – Quality Module - inspection tasks development by material code
- Quality Integrity App (in development) – Risk control assessment tool
- Package Manager – (to be developed)
- Supplier iQ is nearly completion and will require administration, governance involving regular engagement with stakeholders to maintain currency of content. Implementation of a governance framework to support.
- Support adoption and optimization of AI and advanced analytics to improve quality event reporting and project lesson capture.
- Collaborate across project teams, supply chain, and operational functions to drive consistent tool adoption and user experience.
- Support system training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of data driven reporting and insights from multiple sources.
Skills & Experience:
- Use and development experience with data analytics, PowerApps/PowerBI or similar.
- Exposure to system development, configuration, and enhancement initiatives, inclusive of change management/training.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Practical experience in project quality assurance, field surveillance, and supplier quality management.
Preferred Experience:
- SAP PM Master Data experience
- Operations, and or Project technical experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent
