About the Role:

This position provides strategic direction and leadership to ensure efficient and cost-effective external corrosion and fabric maintenance refurbishment delivery across the Offshore Project’s portfolio on the North Rankin Complex and Goodwyn Alpha platforms.
 

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Accountable for the safe execution of Offshore external corrosion refurbishment delivery. 
•    Leads a multi disciplined team including Coordinators, Planners, and Engineers to deliver accountabilities
•    Leads a large workforce (both office based and offshore execution teams) which is largely composed of contractors.
•    Co-ordinate team priorities that deliver the optimal outcome for the business.
•    Responsible for setting a positive team culture and practical application delivery
•    Interfacing with maintenance, engineering, and operations to plan and execute refurbishment scopes
•    Perform field leadership and supervisory roles including filling in as the Offshore Project Coordinator when required.
•    Actively manage team responsibilities, structure and size in accordance with works program and NWS late life asset management strategies.
•    Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and strive towards productivity improvements
•    Deliver scopes through various contracting models.
•    Encourage and support team diversity and inclusivity

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of end to end delivery of Offshore External Corrosion management and fabric maintenance refurbishment
  • Knowledge in functionality and design of facility equipment, systems and processes to develop credible execution plans and provide guidance to others.
  • Strong field leadership skills.
  • Good communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to make good business decisions in a timely manner under trying conditions.
  • Demonstrated competence in maintenance/brownfields processes (HSEQ, planning, costing/budgeting, materials, risk, contracting & resourcing and use of SAP).
  • Ability to influence and earn credibility across all levels of the organization.
