As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted adviser to leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives and driving programs that enhance both organisational performance and the employee experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a broad and influential position, encompassing a full spectrum of HR generalist responsibilities. In this role, you will partner with business leaders within your allocated portfolio to:
- Align HR strategy with organisational goals and priorities
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and change management initiatives to ensure optimal structure and capability
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities, working collaboratively with HR Centres of Excellence
- Foster strong partnerships within the HR team to deliver seamless, high-quality support across the business
- Demonstrate agility and resilience in responding to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
- Lead and contribute to HR projects that support innovation and operational excellence
- Collaborate with People & Culture Partners to drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability within your portfolio
Skills & Experience:
This is a senior role within the Woodside HR team. We are seeking a degree-qualified professional in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline, with substantial experience operating at a senior level in human resources.
You will bring a robust generalist skill set, complemented by a proven ability to influence and guide leaders at all levels. Your track record will demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth, through further study, active participation in industry events, and a willingness to take on stretch assignments to broaden your organisational perspective.
Success in this role is built on your ability to forge high-trust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, underpinned by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
