About the Role:
This role reviews and groups maintenance plans, items and orders for future planning through S/4Hana. The role is typically a pre-enabler for the Front End Planning team success to deliver an executable plan to the Site Execution team at Karratha Gas Plant.
This position sits in the Karratha Gas Plant Front End Planning team that resides in Mia Yellagonga in the Perth CBD, which is part of Australian Operations. It is a 2 year Fixed term position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for compiling Annualised Plans that deliver the most optimal outcome for the business.
- Accountable for delivering plans that optimise timeline durations, resources, materials and services.
- Responsible for identifying and highlighting improvements to work methods and processes.
- Demonstrate positive influence on the team and organisation.
- Demonstrate resilience to change and the ability to adapt.
- Mentor and coach team members in the details contained within the plans developed.
- Informal leader of peers and others.
Skills & Experience:
- Skilled in using S/4Hana, in particular, understanding Master Data of how maintenance plans are built and structured.
- Knowledge level in Process Safety Critical Role competency.
- Understanding of facility Licence to Operate (LTO) requirements.
- Knowledge level of competence in maintenance processes.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in work or maintenance practices.
