About the Role:

As the Supply Chain Analyst working in our Warehouse and Logistics team you will deliver quality analytical support to drive best in class performance from our service providers and supply chain teams.  This will support continuous improvements in our end-to-end supply chain operations and includes, but is not limited to, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. 
 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Running weekly, monthly and Ad-hock metrics, KPI, reporting, hygiene checks and SAP based reports.
  • Assisting in investigations using S4 and reporting to drive change. 
  • Assisting in identifying, resolving and reporting on material flow issues in the warehouse.
  • Analysing and interpreting complex data, forecasting, and making recommendations based on your findings.
  • Developing and implementing solid metrics and reporting structures, ensuring that every product reaches its destination on time, every time.
  • Conducting gap analysis in our current operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Predicting and mitigating supply chain risks and disruptions.
  • Working closely with team members at all levels of the organization– from boots on the ground in our warehouses to presenting finds to leadership.
     

Skills & Experience:

  • Mastery level in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) design and transactional process.
  • Proven ability to fault find, fix and implement process improvements within EWM to improve system performance.
  • Strong data analytical skills including extracting, interpreting, and providing business insights for decision making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (at all levels, verbal and written, particularly senior management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with solid experience using supply chain management software.
  • Outstanding ability to design, maintain, and improve advanced reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing organizational requirements and priorities.
